Blisters can significantly affect a person’s life. Most blisters in the mouth or skin are often mistaken for regular ulcers, thus remain mistreated or untreated for a long time. Blisters could be the result of auto-immune conditions like pemphigus or bullous pemphigoid.
If you are suffering from blisters, we understand what you might be going through. And with appropriate consultation, followed by proper, timely intervention, you can treat them!
The Auto-Immune Blistering Disease Foundation (AIBDF) is an organization dedicated to create awareness about auto-immune blistering diseases, to assist people suffering from it and for arranging financial support to help them undergo the right treatment.
AIBDF has been founded in memory of the Late Mrs. Jayshree Ashok Suratwala to commemorate her life. Her memory inspired Mr. Ashok Suratwala and Dr. Mutalik, one of India’s most renowned dermatologists, to create a platform to help people suffering from auto-immune blistering diseases. And this the AIBDF was born.
